The terms that govern your subscription to and use of QuantMind, our automated trading system for gold (XAUUSD).

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing this site or subscribing to QuantMind, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use this site or subscribe to QuantMind.

2. What QuantMind is

QuantMind is a subscription automated trading system for gold (XAUUSD), delivered as a MetaTrader 5 Expert Advisor ("EA") that you install on your own MT5 terminal. The EA connects to QuantMind's backend, which performs market analysis and generates trade decisions; the EA executes the resulting instructions on your trading account and applies a local safety layer. QuantMind is a product of Quant Intelligence and is operated independently from every other Quant Intelligence product.

3. Eligibility & your account

You must have your own MetaTrader 5 terminal and a trading account with a broker, or a funded/prop-firm account, to use QuantMind. You are solely responsible for your broker or prop-firm relationship, your account credentials, and your trading account's compliance with your broker's or prop firm's own rules.

4. Risk disclosure, please read carefully

Automated trading carries a substantial risk of loss. QuantMind places trades on your account using automated logic; it does not eliminate market risk, and no system, automated or otherwise, can guarantee profit or protect you from losses.

Any past behavior, testing, or backtested results, if ever shown to you, do not guarantee future results.

You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions, for the funds in your trading account, and for confirming that automated trading is permitted under your broker's or prop firm's terms. Only trade with capital you can afford to lose.

5. Regulatory status under Saudi law (CMA), under review

QuantMind's regulatory classification under the rules of the Saudi Capital Market Authority (CMA) is currently under legal review, specifically, whether it falls within the CMA's robo-advisory / algorithmic investment-management licensing framework. Whether that framework applies to QuantMind, or does not, has not yet been determined; this remains an open question under active legal review. A final determination on this classification requires assessment by a Saudi securities lawyer before the product can be marketed or operated in its final form within Saudi Arabia.

6. Subscription & license

Access to QuantMind requires an active subscription and a license key. Subscription plans and any applicable fees will be presented at the point of subscription; none are guaranteed by anything stated on this site. You can enable or disable algo trading on the accounts connected to run your license through the customer portal, without contacting support.

Connected trading accounts

Your license key carries the number of accounts your plan allows QuantMind to place trades on: one on Starter, three on Professional, ten on Institutional, as shown on the pricing page. Each copy of the Expert Advisor or the Python app places trades on one trading account. An account counts toward your plan while a copy is running on it under your key. You may move QuantMind between devices and accounts freely. Running more copies at the same time than your plan includes requires a higher plan.

If your license key is shared or leaked, you can replace it from the customer portal. The old key stops working at once, and each copy needs the new key to keep running.

7. Funded-account & prop-firm compliance

QuantMind is built to respect common drawdown and risk limits used by funded and prop-firm accounts. This is a design goal, not a guarantee of compliance with any specific firm's rules. It is your responsibility to confirm that using an automated system like QuantMind is permitted under the terms of your specific funded or prop-firm account. QuantMind is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or approved by any prop-trading firm.

8. Acceptable use

You agree to use this site and the EA only for lawful purposes, not to share your license key or use it on trading accounts you haven't connected, and not to attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to QuantMind's backend or any systems connected to it.

9. Intellectual property

All content on this site and the QuantMind EA, including text, graphics, branding, and underlying software, is the property of Quant Intelligence unless otherwise noted, and may not be reproduced without permission.

10. Third-party platforms

QuantMind operates alongside third-party platforms and services, including MetaTrader 5 and your broker, that we do not own or control. We are not responsible for the availability, performance, or policies of those third parties.

11. Disclaimer

This site, the QuantMind EA, and the customer portal are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Quant Intelligence and QuantMind are not liable for any trading losses, or for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, arising from your use of QuantMind or reliance on its automated trade decisions.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your subscription or license if these terms are violated, or if required to protect the integrity of the service.

14. Payments and merchant of record

Purchases and subscriptions are sold and processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd as the merchant of record, not by us directly. Paddle is the seller for your transaction, handles payment processing and any applicable sales tax or VAT, and appears as the merchant on your statement. Paddle's own terms and privacy policy apply to the payment itself, alongside these terms. Refunds are issued through Paddle under section 15 below.

15. Refunds

Subscription fees are non-refundable, except as set out in this section or as required by law.

Before subscribing you may evaluate the complete system without charge. The MetaTrader 5 Strategy Tester runs the full engine against historical data included in the download, without a license or an active subscription.

Where a defect attributable to us prevents QuantMind from operating as described, we will remedy that defect, and where we are unable to do so within a reasonable period we will refund the portion of the fees affected. For these purposes a defect means a failure of the product to function, including the Expert Advisor failing to attach or execute, a valid license failing to validate, the connector being unable to authorise an account you are entitled to use, or trade instructions not being delivered to a correctly configured account.

Trading outcomes do not constitute a defect. Losses, drawdown, an unsuccessful funding evaluation, or performance falling short of expectations are not grounds for a refund, whether or not the system operated correctly. QuantMind has no published performance record, and nothing on this site or in our documentation constitutes a guarantee of outcomes. See section 11.

Nothing in this section limits rights conferred on you by law. Where consumer protection legislation affords you a right to cancel or to a remedy, that right applies in full.

Payments are handled by Paddle.com Market Ltd as merchant of record. Refunds, where due, are issued by Paddle to the original payment method under Paddle's buyer terms, which apply alongside these. You may cancel at any time to prevent further payments.

16. Changes to these terms

These terms will change as the product and the law develop. They will not change silently, and they will not change retroactively.

Material changes. A change is material if it affects your rights, what you pay, or what we do with your information. We will tell you by email, to the address on your account, at least 30 days before it takes effect, and the notice will say what has changed rather than simply pointing at a new document. Where a change is material we will ask you to accept the new terms, and you are not bound by them until you do.

Your right to refuse. You can reject any change by cancelling before it takes effect, at no penalty. Your subscription then runs to the end of the period you have already paid for, under the terms you originally agreed to.

Minor changes — correcting an error, clarifying wording, or adding something that does not affect your rights — take effect when published, and the “Last updated” date changes.

We keep every published version of these terms. If you want to see the version you agreed to, ask us and we will send it.

Nothing here reduces rights you have by law, and no change can take those away.
